Objectives

Microbac Laboratories, Inc., as a Pennsylvania corporation comprised of multiple divisions, is dedicated to providing the finest service to its customers. To ensure that objective is met, Microbac staffs each division with trained personnel and competent management who possess the authority and resources to meet both the goals of the business and of customer satisfaction.

The objective of the Quality Assurance Program is to provide confidence to the client that accurate and reproducible results are achievable by using methods, techniques, and procedures to collect, analyze, and report data. To accomplish this objective, Microbac implements quality assurance procedures that address qualification and training of personnel, sample handling, and analysis, along with all necessary support activities such as materials procurement and equipment calibration and maintenance.

Through these measures, Microbac's customers are assured of the results they receive.
