Pseudo aeruginosa - USP 62

Testing sample portion used for analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria is enriched with non- selective media and then transferred to selective media tubes and incubated for 24 hours in anaerobic conditions. Enrichment is then isolated on selective media and incubated 2-5 days and analyzed for typical reactions and reported as positive/negative for Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
