- Assembled a cross-functional team representing leadership and employees across our network to discuss the risks and update guidelines for infectious disease response in our laboratories. We continue to diligently monitor the situation and are prepared should there be an impact to our operations.
- Created a communication plan focused on proactive prevention and response plans to ensure our employees are informed, managers are supported, and customers are assured.
- Prepared for potential business disruptions by ensuring adequate cross training of employees to cover testing and implementing a robust internal Microbac network and strong external relationships with laboratories where, in the event of an extreme emergency, we can subcontract samples to ensure service consistency regardless of circumstances. In this case, customers will receive immediate notification.
- Doing our part to make the world a safer place by offering state of the art disinfectant efficacy testing.
